1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any ConversionApps Shopify app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use our apps. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ConversionApps.net.

2. Description of Services

We provide Shopify apps including CA: WhatsApp Chat Order Button and Discount Dive. Our apps are designed to help Shopify merchants improve their store's conversion rates and customer engagement. Apps are provided as-is and we continuously improve them with updates, new features, and bug fixes.

3. Account & Installation

You must have a valid Shopify store to use our apps. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your account. Installation of our apps requires granting certain Shopify API permissions necessary for the app to function correctly. You acknowledge and agree to the permissions requested during installation.

4. Pricing & Billing

Some of our apps are free, while others have paid plans. All billing for paid plans is handled through Shopify's billing system. Prices may change with 30 days advance notice. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
• Use our apps for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the apps without our express written permission

6. Intellectual Property

All apps, code, designs, trademarks, and content remain the exclusive property of ConversionApps.net. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps while you maintain an active subscription. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our apps are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You can uninstall our apps at any time through your Shopify admin. We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our services or other users. Upon termination, your data associated with the app will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our apps after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
